Is marijuana THC 420 Cannabis products legal in Mexico?
The Mexican Supreme court has ruled that the use of marijuana 420 cannabis products are not illegal for personal use. That being said, there are no written laws and it stays in a gray zone as it was for years in California and Colorado. This does not mean that you can transport it across international lines.

Some states like Jalisco where Puerto Vallarta is located are very 420 friendly and have a 420 based culture as does Puerto Vallarta like many beach towns, but other states and other areas are not as tolerant and hand out stiff penalties.


Can I bring my THC vape wax cartridge when traveling to Puerto Vallarta?
No, customs will confiscated the items and will hold you hours while processing papers and then fining you from $2000 to $4000 Mx Pesos. Its just not worth it.
